abstract	This dataset and associated metadata can be download from: https://datasets.seed.nsw.gov.au/dataset/environment-planning-instrument-local-environmental-plan-land-zoning This is a spatial dataset that identifies land use zones and the type of land uses that are permitted or prohibited in each zone designated by the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument (EPI) under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Land use zones are grouped into the following broad categories: BUSINESS (B), ENVIRONMENT (E), INDUSTRIAL (IN), RESIDENTIAL (R), RECREATION (RE), RURAL (RU), SPECIAL (SP), and WATERWAYS (W).
